Most people get newborn photos done, possibly a 6 month milestone session and then one year photos like a cake smash. After that however the photos drop off. Don’t let that happen! All ages are so cute to capture and go by so fast. It is never too late to photograph your family or little ones!

It is a bit harder to photograph toddlers because they don’t sit still but it is surely not impossible. Outdoor photo shoots are great for this age because it allows kids to be themselves, run free and have fun all while capturing them beautifully.

Samantha is 3! We had originally planned for a studio shoot but her mom through outdoors would be better. I was hesitant at first because April in Calgary can be muddy and icky but these turned out beautifully! She loved chasing bubbles, running and throwing rocks into the river.
